How can I sell my items in your store?

We do offer immediate buy or consignment sale.

Immediate buy

We only consider high end designer bags and accessories for an immediate buy. For an appraisal of your items, please contact us via email, if possible with attached pictures of the goods you want to sell. Alternatively, you may contact us by phone during opening hours to arrange an appointment.

Please be aware that we take the privilege to choose only items suitable for us for immediate buy, and that the decision will be made on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse any item, and the decision whether we will accept an item for immediate buy is made solely on our discretion.

If we accept your item for immediate buy, you will be paid for your item and its ownership is transferred to us.

Consignment sale

You are welcome to pass by anytime during opening hours to leave your goods for sale. However, in case of a big quantity of items, please arrange an appointment with us. You can also contact us via e-mail ( with attached pictures of your items and we will contact you after consideration.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse any item, and that the decision whether we will accept an item for consignment sale is made solely on our discretion.

When leaving goods at Bohbo for consignment sale, you will be handed a receipt, detailing each item and the price agreed upon. Note that the items you leave at Bohbo for consignment sale remain in your ownership until they are sold.

Payment of sold goods:

You will be paid, once your items are sold by arranged appointment.

Unsold items:

Until your items are sold, they remain in your ownership. You can contact us any time and arrange an appointment in order to pick up any unsold items. Please be aware that we usually keep items no longer than 2-3 months, unless we mutually agree on a longer period.


Can I exchange my items with others?

Because of the individuality of the items we offer, items cannot be exchanged for others.


How can I get updates on new arrivals?

Our e-shop is updated on a daily basis. Additionally, you may subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on facebook or twitter.

Shipping Costs and Countries:

Postage is charged automatically depending on the weight of the items chosen and the shipping destination, and is added to final costs at checkout.

We use Geniki Taxydromiki for shipments to Greece and Cyprus, and Fedex for shipments to all other countries.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the individuality of items sold, we are not required to exchange any good for any other goods

There is a “No Returns” policy on second hand goods bought at our shop.

Online Returns Policy:

Although the description of our products on our e-shop is detailed and provides an accurate depiction of the products, upon delivery of your order you may find that it is not what you expected, or that the size does not fit you. Therefore, you have the right to withdraw without justification from the purchase contract and return any item(s) within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The company will refund you the price of the product (minus shipping costs) within fourteen (14) days after having received the returned products.

Shipping costs for returning any product are the responsibility of the consumer, and any return will be accepted only if you have paid for the shipping costs.

To obtain a refund, please notify us per email ( about your intent to return an item. Please always state the way in which you will return the product to our company (by courier, by registered mail etc.). The company is obliged to send an electronic confirmation as soon as we have received your return request..

Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition. Specifically,

  • The returned product must not be worn, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process.
  • Any labels and protective strips that accompany the product must still be attached
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging. Cases, dustbags, boxes or any other packaging into which the product was placed must be included.

Unless these conditions are met, the company reserves the right to withhold the refund.

The cost of returns and refunds (shipping and bank expenses) are borne by the consumer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of returned products until their delivery to our business.


Cancellation or modification of an online order

If you wish to cancel an order after completing the online order form and before the order has been shipped, please contact us immediately at or by phone +30 210 3389202 (opening hours). If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. In case you have already paid for your order (paypal), your payment will be refunded.

In case you request the cancellation or change of an order that has already been shipped, our Online Returns Policy applies.

In case you would like to exchange an item purchased online for another one, you may contact us and we will try to accommodate your request, provided that your order has not yet been shipped.


Double Booking

Because of the individuality of items for sale at our store, only one piece of each item is available exactly as described in our e-shop. However, because the products presented in this E-Shop are also available for sale at our Athens store, it is possible that an item is sold in our store and an online order for the same item is made before we are able to remove the item in question from our e-shop.

Should this apply to an online purchase you have made, you will be notified within one working day from the date of your order about the non-availability of the item. In case a payment has already been made by you, the payment will be returned in full within 5 days. In case your order has been made during a Saturday or Sunday, you will be notified about the non-availability of your item on the Monday following your order.

Bohbo ensures that only the best authentic designer labels are accepted for resale.


Condition and Sizes

We do choose our products very carefully, and we try to be as thorough as possible in depicting the condition of each item both with photographs and with their individual description. Please carefully read the description and details for the item you are interested in on our e-shop. The condition is always indicated and it will also reflect on the item’s price.

Every product available in our shop is unique and is not available in other sizes, or colours.
